Our client wanted to let customers create money pool's in which for which users could make contributions of different amounts. Therefor we built an app that lets customers create a "Group Gift", where contributors can input any cash amount to give and also leave a message (or make an anonymous contribution). The pool owner can choose when to close the group and also how they would prefer to redeem their contributions by generating a Gift Card for the online or physical stores or receive store credit to their account.
Every feature of this application was tied to the current workflow of the business, meaning contributions could be seen under Orders and a Customer would be tied to that Order.
For easier tracking of Group Gifts and contributions by the staff we created a dashboard where Administrators can manage every detail of any Group Gift (information, contributions, generate discounts, gift cards and store-credit).
